Installed the split rail skis on my 2009 Fx Nytro early this January with much anticipation on how well they would work in comparison to my stock Yamaha skis that I rode with last year. The skis have excelled in every aspect possible, darting is gone, pushing through the corners and having use the brake to get the skis to hopefully bite in and avioid going into the rubarb is no longer a concern, steering effeort is greatly reduced, and it appears my slider life is going to be well extended. Last year I switched machines with my Father who rides a 2011 Apex and he could not get off my machine fast enough, this year after riding it with the split rails he didn't want to give it back to me.
